  TECH TIP:

  What is the difference between Fiber Optic vs Power Optic Tubing?

  POWER OPTIC tubing has two small Low Volt wires running through it.

  The electrical power is supplied from Transformer that is activated

  by an Air Electric Switch bringing power to the handpiece Bulb.

  FIBER OPTIC tubing has a glass bundle running through the center of the tubing.

  The light source comes from a box where the bulb is located

  and the Fiber Optic bundle plugs into the box bringing the light to the handpiece.
