  How the Exchange Program works:

  (1) When you place an order for a PC Board, a Prepaid UPS Shipping Label and box will be sent to you. You will not pay for shipping when using this box.

  (2) WHEN RETURNING THE OLD PC BOARD, DO NOT INCLUDE THE MOUNTING BRACKET. KEEP THE OLD MOUNTING BRACKET FOR LATER USE

  (3) A credit for the Core Charge ($100) will be issued to you, once the Non-Operational board with Bracket has been received and verified that it is in reasonable condition without Burn Holes, the replacement PCB will be sent to you
